Cats Ahoy had an ad in the Winter 2009 issue of Citizen Pet, a quarterly publication celebrating the special relationship between people and their pets. The issue was released in mid-February, and we'll have copies at our booth at our upcoming expos and events. |

Booking Events
Cats Ahoy uses customized van filled with cat cages to transport cats to different locations in the Calgary and neighbouring regions. Once on location visitors may view the cats, spend some personal time with them in our visiting room within the van, and if it's a match we can perform the adoption right on the spot! If we're attending an event like a fair, we can make arrangements with you to hold your new adopted kitty until the end of the event when you're ready to go home, or return the kitty to its original rescue and you can arrange a pick up with the kitty's original rescue.
Once we have some adoption or fundraising events scheduled, we'll post them here! You may also wish to join our email list, to receive notice of upcoming events by email. You can also sign up for a membership, and become an official Cats Ahoy Shipmate! Shipmates receive notice of events, and a copy of our quarterly newsletter (PDF format). Your membership also supports the capital fundraising campaign for our custom adoption van!
If you have an event that you would like Cats Ahoy to attend, please contact us! We'll be available for school functions, fairs, community events, and promotional events for businesses. Our customized van will draw a crowd! All events (and the event hosts!) will also be featured here on our website.
